Banana Smoothie Recipe

3.  BananaBanana smoothies always come out thick and creamy and you can use a variety of ingredients to come up with a delicious smoothie. You can make a simple banana smoothie especially when you are in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • A ripe banana
  • Low fat Milk -approx 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes about 4-6
  • Vanilla extract-about 1/2-1 tsp

Preparation

Peel the banana and cut into chunks before putting into the blender. Remember that the amount of ingredients will depend on the size of your blender. Add the vanilla and the milk and blend. The ice cubes will help to cool the smoothie and when the mixture is smooth, you can serve it.
