This smoothie recipe is a real treat for apple lovers. You can make it either low-fat and low-calorie, or you can make it as a real guilty pleasure.
- 3/4 cup low fat or fat free milk
- 2 tsp. plain low fat yogurt
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. caramel topping
- 1 tsp. low fat whipped topping (optional, only if you want!)
- 1tsp. crumbled sugar cookies (only because you’ve been so good with the low fat up to now)
- 1 tsp. Chia Seed
Mix everything except the topping and sugar cookie crumbs in your blender and blend until very smooth. Garnish with the topping and crumpled sugar cookies (only if you want to) and serve!
