Apples are a good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and Calcium. Cherries bring more vitamin C, protein, and a really good antioxidant called anthocyanin. Together in a fruit smoothie along with apple juice, yogurt, and some ground Chia for even more nutrition, these traditional fruits provide a great tasty and very healthy smoothie.

- 1 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
