This smoothie mix of banana and apples mixed with orange juice makes a delicious thick fruit smoothie for a morning breakfast! If you need to thin it out–just add a little more orange juice.

The ingredients for this delicious healthy smoothie breakfast includes:

1 cup of frozen banana chunks
1 apple cored and cut in chunks (skin on or off)
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon of Chia seed
