Banana Grape Yogurt Smoothie

So many of  love having a bunch of grapes in the refrigerator that we can grab and pop in our mouth when we need a quick sweet fix.  But, we don’t think to add them in our cooking like we do strawberries or blueberries.  But, they can be the perfect touch to for a yummy yogurt smoothie.  Try this if you have some extra grapes this week.  In your smoothie blender mix:

-1  cup of frozen banana chips
-1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
-1 tablespoon of honey
-1/2 cup of sweet seedless grapes for mixing and an extra bunch for serving

Mix until smooth, throw a few whole grapes in the bottom of the glass, add the smoothie mix and top with a bunch of grapes for extra munching…..just scrumptious!
