Ingredients

  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 1 can of pineapple pieces in natural juice, not drained
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • Ice cubes (optional-and it will depend on the amount frozen fruit you use)

Preparation
The first ingredients to go into the blender are the undrained pineapples, yogurt and bananas, cover with the blender and let it run for twenty five seconds. Add the strawberries and cover again, repeat the blending process again for 20secs. Then serve.
