Berry Banana Tofu Smoothie

The other day on Twitter someone asked us for smoothie recipes with tofu. We started mixing combinations of ingredients using tofu, and found this to be a tasty healthy smoothie that is really delicious after that morning walk or workout. In your smoothie blender mix:

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup of frozen banana chunks
- 1 package of light siken tofu (we used Mori Nu, which is about 12 ounces)
- 3/4 cup of chilled white grape juice
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
- 1 package of sugar substitute or 1 tablespoon of honey if you want to make it a little sweeter
