

Back to basics is often a really nice break. Bananas are often the key ingredient of so many smoothie recipes, and yogurt too. Mixed with apple, this is definitely a healthy snack idea for a morning snack or after working out or walking.
-2 bananas cut in chunks or 1.5 cups of frozen banana chunks
-1/2 cup of apple juice
-1 cup of vanilla yogurt
-1 teaspoon of chia seed for Omega 3′s
Mix in your smoothie blender, pour into chilled glasses, and serve!
