Kids all seem to love the taste of apple juice, so one of the easiest ways to get a healthy breakfast for your family is to make a breakfast smoothie with their favorites! Combine in your blender

-1 cup of chilled Apple Juice
-1 cup of frozen banana chunks (or 1 fresh banana)
-½ cup of frozen strawberries
-1 tsp. Chia seed

It tastes good and it is a healthy breakfast to enjoy. Remember apples are rich with vitamin C-and most juices are processed to include not only vitamin C but also many nutrients our bodies need for healthy bones. Bananas provide us with vitamins B,C and potassium, and strawberries, which are a delicious low calorie fruit also add vitamin C to our diet.
