

For a quick morning breakfast or pick-me-up full snack of fiber and Vitamin C, mix fresh Apples and Pears for a delicious wake up call!
- 1 medium apple cut in pieces
- 1 ripe pear cut in pieces
- 1 cups of soy milk (or 2%)
- ½ cup of ice
- Touch of honey
- ¼ cinnamon
Put apple and pear chunks in the blender, adding honey and cinnamon. Then add soymilk and ice, blending a couple of minutes, until smooth. Add some more milk-or ice cubes if the smoothie is too thick. And for those of you who love bananas, this is the perfect smoothie to add a banana if you like!
