

Here is an easy fruit smoothie recipe to make and satisfy that sweet tooth too!
When your grocers and fruit markets are selling apricots – it is such a treat to pick up this sweet fruit and make a refreshing desert smoothie. But, you can always use canned or frozen if fresh apricots are not available so you can enjoy this delicious treat year around. In your blender combine:
1 cup of apricot slices
1 cup of apricot yogurt
1 cup of orange sherbert
1/2 cup of chilled orange juice
1 tablespoon Chia Seed
You might need to add a little more orange juice for consistency, but that will depend on the texture of the fruit. Mix to your desired consistency, pour into chilled glasses and top with a slice of orange or apricot, serve and enjoy. This recipe will make two (2) servings.
