

If you have a sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied, a Mangoes and Banana smoothie makes a wonderful treat.
This smoothie one is not only easy to make, but one you can make year around using either fresh or frozen fruits. It is also one of those healthy snack recipes that you can whip up quickly and give you the fruit nutrition you need.
In yoursmoothie blender mix:
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup of banana chunks
1 cup of Peach Mango juice (Both Dole and V8 make a delicious juice)
1 tablespoon Chia seed
If you are using fresh fruit (not frozen) you might need to add a little more juice or a few ice cubes to mix to the consistency you like best.
