Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

There are countless articles that discuss how oatmeal lowers cholesterol and promotes a healthy heart. So, tomorrow morning, try a banana oatmeal smoothie for breakfast or a mid-morning break

- 1 packet of instant oatmeal or 1 cup of oatmeal rolled oats
- 1 medium banana cut in pieces
- ½  cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

Combine these ingredients and blend to your favorite consistency.  Pour into a glass sprinkle with cinnamon, and if you like a few more banana slices!
