Banana Smoothie Recipe

Banana smoothies always come out thick and creamy and you can use a variety of other ingredients to come up with a whole bunch of delicious smoothies..

  • A ripe banana
  • Low fat Milk -approx 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes about 4-6
  • Vanilla extract-about 1/2-1 tsp
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seed

Here’s a tip: If you freeze the banana you won’t need as much ice to help cool the smoothie. Just be sure to peel and chunk the banana before freezing.
