

A healthy breakfast smoothie is so easy to make! In fact, you might find this one -full of fruit nutrition the perfect afternoon snack. In your smoothie blender mix:
- 1 large banana cut in chunks or 1 cup of frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup of Dannon low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of cold Blueberry juice (There are many companies that make blueberry juice; Welch’s, Ocean Spray or True Blue are a few)
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
Pour, top with a fresh banana slice or fresh berries if you have them and serve!
