Cranberry juice is not only tasty, but also very healthy with a mix of natural vitamins and minerals, dietary fiber and antioxidants that help fight bladder and kidney infections, and protect you against some cancers and heart disease. Combine these with some delicious strawberries and a teaspoon Mila and you will start your day with a healthy smoothie mix that will fill you up! In your blender mix:
1 cup frozen banana chunks *
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup cranberry juice
1 teaspoon Mila

*Bananas add a good texture and flavor to many smoothie recipes so it is a good idea to keep a bag or two of frozen banana chunks in you freezer!
