You can make a delicious Banana Pear smoothie combining all the fruit nutrition of pears and bananas, and enjoy a  healthy smoothie mix full of dietary fiber, vitamin C, and omega 3′s – which is crucial to lowering cholesterol naturally. This recipe is also suitable if you are on a smoothie diet.

In your smoothie blender mix:
