Blueberry and Orange Smoothie

Healthy smoothies are so very delicious ! This is an easy smoothie mix to add to your collection of healthy snack recipes.  Enjoy it after excercise, or just add to your recipes as a good source of fruit nutrition.

In your smoothie blender mix:

-1 cup of frozen blueberries

-1 large navel orange, without skin

-1 cup of cold orange juice

-1 Tablespoon of honey

-1 teaspoon of Chia Seed
