Breakfast Berry Fruit Smoothie

Tomorrow morning, treat your family to a rich (and very healthy) fruit smoothie using fresh or frozen berries. Or, this smoothie does well as a lunch meal replacement  too.

Use:

- 1 cup of mixed berries, for example raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and/or blackberries
- 2 Tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 to 2 cups of cold milk (soy, low-fat, 2% or whole)
- 1 tsp. Chia seed

Add berries, honey and yogurt in your smoothie blender and then add milk.  Start to blend adding more milk until blended to your favorite consistency.
