Quick Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe

This Cantaloupe smoothie is quick (just two ingredients), low in calories and low in cost!

In your smoothie blender mix:

½ medium sized cantaloupe peeled, seeded and cut in small chunks
Two 6 ounce containers of Dannon lowfat vanilla yogurt

Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of Chia seed to get even more nutrition and added omega-3 fatty acids.

Blend until smooth, pour and enjoy!

    maybe instead cut ur melon and then stick it in the freezer for 2 hours then u take them out and use any yogurt u want and also use one or two hand full of ice that what i said so try this instead hope it works and please comment
