Celery-Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This mix of celery and fruit creates a healthy and delicious smoothie that everyone in the family will enjoy.

The ingredients for four servings are:

  • 6 chopped celery sticks
  • 2 cups of apple juice
  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 cups of strawberry flavored yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seed

Mix the chopped celery with apple juice first and then add the strawberries and yogurt.  Blend all the ingredients together.
