Fruit juice smoothies are so easy to make. If you have kids in the family, fruit juice smoothies are a wonderful way to teach healthy eating habits. This smoothie is quick to make, delicious and the best part: full of vitamin C and omega 3’s.
- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 cup of pure orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of Mila
- 1 tablespoon of honey (we suggest you add since orange juice can sometimes have a bit of a tart “edge”)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
