

If you are craving a mid-week treat, a chocolate cherry smoothie mix might be just the perfect answer! This is not one of my original recipes, but I found it a long time ago in an old smoothie recipe book, and it is one that has become a family favorite. In your smoothie blender, mix:
-1 cup of frozen cherries
-1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
-½ cup of cold orange juice
-1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
-1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
Pour into a chilled glass, and top with a cherry or a Hershey’s kiss!
