Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberries aren’t just for winter holidays, they taste great any time of year.Here is a smoothie mix that proves the point.

- 1 cup of  cold cranberry juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- ¾ cup mixed berries (frozen will make a colder smoothie)
- ¼ cup low fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seed


Add the juices and the yogurt to the smoothie blender, then add the berries. Blend until smooth.
