This is a great afternoon, after-school treat smoothie!
- 2 cups low fat or fat free milk
- 1 cup low fat or fat free yogurt
- 4 bananas (diced)
- 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup (low fat if you are being good)
Put everything into your blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
