You either love grapefruit or you don’t. Personally I have never met anyone who is just so-so about the fruit. But, even if you are not a fan, you have to admit that grapefruit is a great source of vitamin C, lycopene, and other nutrients. This smoothie recipe adds both blueberries and strawberries as well. Even if you don’t usually eat grapefruit you should try this smoothie!
