In your smoothie blender put:
-2 cups of fresh spinach
-2 cups of fresh romaine
-2 stalks of celery
-2 apples cored and cut in chunks
-1 banana cut in chunks or about 3/4 cup of frozen banana chunks
-1/2 bunch of a mixture of cilantro and parsley
-1 cup of ice cold water and juice of fresh lemon (or, if you like – the no-cal Crystal Lite lemonade can be a flavor substitute, but recommend still use juice of fresh lemon)
-1 teaspoon of chia seed
