Healthy Avocado Smoothie

Avocados are a great source of Vitamins K, B6 and C as well as potassium and dietary fiber.  This is a delicious and healthy smoothie to enjoy after your workout or for lunch!  Quick and easy to make the ingredients are:

▪         1 cup of ripe avocado meat (you can use fresh or even frozen avocado chunks or pulp)

▪         1 cup of low-fat soy milkAvacado

▪         1 Tablespoon honey

Combine the 3 ingredients in the blender and mix until blended.  If you need to make creamier add a few ice cubes and blend.  The amount of ice you use will depend on the consistency of the fruit or if you are using frozen avocado as well.
