

For a light and refreshing desert for 3 or 4, blend together:
- 1 diced kiwi (peeled and cut in chunks)
- 1 mandarin orange or a or tangerine (peeled and cut in chunks)
- A couple of strawberries
- 1 medium banana (cut in pieces)
- ½ cup of milk (soy or 2%)
- 1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract 
Mix in your blender, adding a little more milk if you need to and serve!
