In your smoothie blender, mix:
-1 cup frozen mango
-Juice of one fresh lemon (drain seeds, pulp is ok, you can even add some zest if you like)
-1 banana or a generous ½ cup of frozen banana chips
-1 cup of low-fat lemon yogurt
