Lemon – Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

It’s tart and fresh tasting!  If you need an afternoon pick-me-up, this is the smoothie for you!

- 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt (vanilla, banana, or strawberry)
- 1 tsp Chia seed for extra antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids

Mix in your smoothie blender, and if you need to thin out for consistency add a couple of ice cubes.
