Light Orange Mango Healthy Smoothie

Here is another quick easy mango smoothie recipe to enjoy!  It is always so  much fun to use fresh fruits and when this low-fat naturally sweet fruit is fresh in the stores, you can create some delicious breakfast or snack meals.  Then, if you crave mangoes when they are not in season,  you can use frozen mango chunks.  Here is a low-cal smoothie that you can enjoy with little effort to make.  In your blender mix:

1 cup of Dannon’s Light ‘n Fit Nonfat Orange Mango

1/2 cup of orange juice*

1 mango cored and cut in chunks

1 teaspoon Chia Seed (Your best source of healthy Omega 3′s!)

Mix together until smooth and serve!
** If you are using a fresh mango you might need to add a little more orange juice to blend to your favorite consistency or a couple of ice cubes.
