

Mangoes, with a wonderful sweet flavor are rich with Vitamins B, C, and E, and we all know carrots are the best source of beta carotene, but both are also low in calories. This smoothie brings both and adds Chia seed as well.
Mix in your smoothie blender:
-1 cup chilled V8 V Fusion Light Peach Mango Fruit & Vegetable Juice (50 calories)
-1 carrot cut in chunks (about 50 calories)
-1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (about 45-50 calories)
-1 teaspoon chia for omega 3′s (about 15 calories)
