

Enjoy a little sweeter treat and mix for 2 or 3 servings:
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen papaya
- 2 Tbsp honey
Blend with about 6-8 ice cubes and you have a delicious Mango-Carrot Smoothie to serve!
And—a note to remember: If apricots are in season you can add a few slices in the blender and top with some slices- a wonderful palette of flavors you are sure to enjoy.
We made this for desert last night—this is wonderful!
