

This smoothie is both green and good!
- 1 cup of green grapes
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut in chunks
- 2 cuts of raw spinach
- 1 cup of low fat kiwi yogurt
- 1 cup of cold Dole Strawberry kiwi juice
- 1 teaspoon of <"http://chiabenefits.net">chia seed
Start by adding 1/2 cup of juice and continue adding and blending until your smoothie is the consistency you like best. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
