A smoothie recipe to give you more than enough energy to get through even the toughest days.
In your smoothie blender mix:
-one half banana
-half a cup of yogurt (either plain or vanilla)
-half cup of fruit juice of your choice (orange, cranberry, whatever!)
-one tablespoon of molasses
-for extra nutrition and energy-a teaspoon of chia seed
Blend until smooth and then add the frozen fruit of your choice such as raspberries...
