This summer we have been making smoothies that are crisp, cold and refreshing to beat the summer heat.  Here is the recipe for a  delicious yogurt smoothie mix for dessert, healthy fruit nutrition after a workout, or if  you are craving a late night snack.   This is not only refreshing, but one of the easiest smoothies you can make too!

1 cup of orange juice concentrate (with pulp)
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1 cup of low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
Ice to taste
