Peach Mango Healthy Smoothie

After a relaxing weekend, there are times when breakfast on Monday morning can be very hectic.  But, that is not an excuse to miss a healthy vitamin rich breakfast.

With the stores and fruit markets filled with peaches and mangos right now, it is the perfect time to make a healthy smoothie mix that is so sweet and satisfying. But, if you don’t have time in the morning to prepare fresh, you can always use frozen fruit too. Whatever you try, fresh or frozen, all you have to do is, combine in your smoothie blender:

- 1 cup of mango chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of peach low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup V8 Splash Mango Peach
- 1 teaspoon Chia seed to get even more needed nutrition
