

Summer brings us wonderful juicy peaches, but sometimes they ripen so quickly we are looking for ways to use them. Instead of pies, make a yogurt smoothie mix that blends both peaches and spinach in a delicious smoothie
In your smoothie blender mix:
-1 cup of low fat yogurt (vanilla, peach or even plain)
-1 cup of raw spinach leaves
-1 cup of peach chunks -seeded; skin on is just fine!
-1 tablespoon of Chia Seed
