But, keeping a can of pineapple juice in your refrigerator that you can grab to make a smoothie might be a great way to enjoy that wonderful pineapple taste and a smoothie too!

-1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
-1 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
-1/2 cup of cold pineapple juice
-1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
-1 teaspoon of chia seed for Omega 3′s
