

Spinach and pineapple mix together much better than you might think for a healthy snack idea-that is filling and quite tasty! This easy-to-make green smoothie recipe makes enough for 2 or 3 servings.
Mix in your smoothie blender:
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 banana cut in chunks or 1 cup of frozen banana
1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 cup of cold Dole’s Pineapple Orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
Blend, starting with 1/2 cup of the Pineapple Orange juice and continue to add, until it is the consistency you like best. Pour and top with a fresh pineapple slice. Serve and enjoy!
