Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A rich source of antioxidants to enjoy without worry about senseless calories!   Very easy to make,  just combine in your smoothie blender:

 

  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries (approximately 70 calories)
  • 1 cup of V 8 low cal pomegranate blueberry fruit juice (8 ounces-50 calories)
  • 1 tsp Chia Seed

Not only will you enjoy the rich flavor, but you will also enjoy a healthy meal choice that is rich with antioxidants and omega-3’s (found in Chia seed) and easy to make too!
