

Raspberries are a fruit that you either love or not. There doesn’t seem to be much of a middle ground at all. This smoothie recipe makes good use of raspberries and adds both banana and yogurt for additional interest. Personally, I like raspberries and have used this smoothie both as breakfast and as a snack.
1 1/2 cups soy or almond milk
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 medium banana
8 oz. low or no fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. Chia seed
