Spinach tropical Fruit Healthy Smoothie

Bananas, rich in potassium  are the perfect ingredient for so many smoothies.-even green smoothies!  For lunch tomorrow you might want to try:

  • 2 cups or large handfuls of spinach
  • 2 bananas cut in chunks
  • 1 mango peeled, cored and cut in chunks
  • 1 cup of cold V8 Splash Light Peach-Mango juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Mila

Mix in your smoothie blender until smooth.  You can substitute frozen fruits for fresh fruits which might make the smoothie a little thinner consistency.  If that is the case, just add a little more spinach.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve (will serve 2-3)
