Start your morning with a healthy smoothie that is low in calories and fat.  Perfect if you are looking to keep the control  calories to lose weight.  In your smoothie blender mix:

-1 cup of mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
-1 cup of fresh strawberries (fresh or frozen)
-3/4 cup of guava cut in chunks
-1 cup of banana chunks (fresh-1/2 cup frozen)
-1 cup of your favorite fruit juice. Tropical or Peach Mango V-8 Splash only are 10 calories per 8 ounces
