The juice is the ideal mixer and adding a teaspoon of Mila we make sure we are getting the omega 3′s we need to keep our cholesterol low.
In your smoothie blender mix:
1 cup of fresh cut kiwi
2 cups of cut ripe banana (or frozen banana chunks)
1 cup of cold Dole’s Pine-Orange-Banana juice
1 teaspoon Mila
