Tomato Juice Smoothie

Tomato Juice Smoothie

In your blender, combine and then mix.  This vegetable fruit smoothie is a perfect lunch of late morning snack.

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup V8 or Tomato juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion, onion powder or onion flakes
  • 1 tsp Mila  Tomato Juice Smoothie
  • 1 cups ice

If you like spicey, you can add horseradish and tabasco and serve with a slice of lemon and celery stalk for a delicious lunch!
