- 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup V8 or Tomato juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp onion, onion powder or onion flakes
- 1 tsp Mila

- 1 cups ice
If you like spicey, you can add horseradish and tabasco and serve with a slice of lemon and celery stalk for a delicious lunch!
