

Mangos are low fat delicious treat that you can combine with a wide variety of juices and yogurts for a sweet refreshing afternoon snack. Mixed with coconut and pineapple, you can blend a tropical treat that everyone in your family is sure to enjoy! Combine:
1 mango cut in chunks
1 can of pineapple chunks with the juice (Keep in the refrigerator to chill before using)
1 cup of low-fat coconut flavored yogurt (you can also use pineapple, vanilla or even Yoplait’s Light Apricot Mango) *
Mix the ingredients until smooth–and if you want to serve as a special treat you can sprinkle the top with some toasted coconut.
If you are not watching your calories and want to “splurge” you can substitute the yogurt for a cup of coconut milk, which is quite good, but it is also high in calories.
