


No doubt that smoothies are great and many of us include them in our daily meal plans. But, sometimes, we want something with a bit of a “kick” to it; something that makes us remember it later on.
This smoothie recipe does just that. At its heart it is a mixed vegetable smoothie but adds a number of very interesting spices that combine for a memorable taste.
I don’t recommend using ice to cool this recipe because it dilutes the taste. If you prefer a cold drink, refrigerate for half to three quarters of an hour before serving.
