In the afternoon, instead of grabbing a stick of celery, pick yourself right up by blending tomatoes, carrot juice and onions for a delicious Vegetable Smoothie blend! Mix the following:

- 2 tomatoes cut in chunks
- 4 scallions
- ½ cup of tomato, carrot or V-8 juice
